Sale Items: You have 14 days to exchange Sale items for items of equal value.

Faulty items: A proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges on faulty goods.

Online orders: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items from our online store

Even with the best products, equipment and quality control, timber can sometimes be temperamental. Therefore, our policy is to refund or replace any section of timber – bought or delivered by us within seven days – that doesn’t meet the necessary standard.
